The first Bell Aerossystems rocketbelt. Also nick namend "the Army belt". Only one A-model is ever build. It did had modifications. Below some of the first models (double pic of Wendell Moore with the very first design). The A- belt had the armrings instead of the underarm pit steering sticks, and later a "Dr. kelly-belly plate" to immobilize the pilot better. Harold Graham and Peter Kedziersky flew the A-belt (one build)in demonstrations. Later on Peter Kedzieksky and his later fellow rocketbelt pilots flew the B-belt (3 made).
