In the mid-90's Anthony saw a TV documentary on the Tyler belt. Once he saw that, plans where made to build one himself. In the Nelson Tyler way: measure it and build it from scratch. The only thing Anthony had was a video. He measured all right from that video. Anthony constructed his belt, while reading some books on peroxide rocket propulsion systems to get a better insight into it. He made some tethered flights form some inches to 2-3 feet.

He is also using a revolutionary home made throttle valve. He was advised by a friend of him, a former NASA engineer.
